Pied Piper Room
Our most intimate meeting space, the Pied Piper recalls a simpler, more charming era.Located on the seconf floor, our Victorian tea room is styled in the fashion of a turn-of-the-century drawing room. Lushly appointed with Victorian settees, Egyptian carpets, and antique furnishings, the Pied Piper Room is the perfect setting to enjoy our 24-hour beverage service, review a complimentary copy of the New York Times; or enjoy the collection of vintage art inspired by the children’s literature that gives this unique space its name. The Pied Piper room has hosted many elegant functions from children’s birthdays/christenings/small business meetings to elegant weddings and cocktail parties for up to 80.
Madison Room
Bathed in natural light and adjacent to our Business Center, the Madison Room can be the backdrop to your most productive and luxurious business meeting. The Madison Room is the ideal setting for real estate closings, depositions, conferences, small meetings and intimate social gatherings.
Rooftop Terrace

The Roof Top Terrace, located on the hotel’s penthouse level offers breathtaking views of Central Park and the Jacqueline Kennedy-Onasis Resevoir. This open-aired space is available to guests of the Hotel Wales from early spring to late fall. The Rooftop Terrace is the ideal setting to take in a gourmet lunch from Sarabeth’s, sip a cool glass of Chardonnay or simply to enjoy the panoramic views of Manhattan. The Rooftop Terrace is also available for private functions, such as afternoon brunch or early evening cocktails for up to 85.
