Times Square New Year’s Eve Bash
December 31, 2007
This year, be sure not to miss the famous Times Square New Year’s Eve Bash, where you can watch the Waterford crystal ball slowly descend as the clock ticks towards midnight. A tradition that began on December 31, 1907, the Times Square celebration is celebrated across the globe via satellite, but there’s no better way to enjoy all the festivities than experiencing it in person. Featuring live musical performances, parades, and a crystal ball that is constantly modified to spice things up (this year’s ball has undergone a major overhaul to celebrate the 100th anniversary); this event is truly one-of-a-kind. Come ring in 2008 in true fashion at the Times Square New Year’s Bash, conveniently located nearby the Hotel Wales.
